Cancellation Policy

JCastle reserves the right to cancel any order at any time due to typographical errors or other unforeseen issues that result in inaccurate listings, such as incorrect prices or descriptions. If an order is canceled after payment has been received, JCastle will provide a full refund, excluding interest, for the amount of the canceled product.

Additionally, JCastle may refuse or cancel orders under various circumstances, including but not limited to instances of insufficient or invalid billing and shipping information, incorrect pricing or product descriptions, suspected violations of applicable laws, or any situation that may be detrimental to JCastle or its affiliates. Customers with canceled or refused orders will be informed of the reasons for the decision
