  • Tickets are Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable.
  • J Castles reserves the right, in its sole discretion, liability, or compensation, to change operating hours, temporarily close the park or any part of it, limit access to facilities, and/or suspend or cancel any entertainment program, subject to prior DTI approval.
  • Unvisited exhibits included in the promo will not be eligible for cash refunds.

💸 Refund Policy:

In the event of cancellation due to force majeure or government orders (LGU/national), paying guests will have the option to use the voucher later.

In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discounts, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
